I’m Keren, the creator of Karib Skin. I’m a marketing student at Suffolk University with a love for beauty, storytelling, and the cultures that shape how we care for ourselves.
Karib Skin is the beauty brand I’m building around a meeting of Caribbean and Korean skincare. The name comes from Carib, with the K representing K beauty. My family’s Caribbean roots in Barbados and Guyana sparked my curiosity about the ingredients, rituals, and stories passed down through generations. Korean beauty inspires me with its thoughtful approach to innovation and everyday skincare. Karib Skin is where I bring those interests together.
As I study marketing, I’m learning to look beyond the product itself. I’m interested in how beauty brands earn trust, represent different people, and turn an idea into something meaningful.
